BALTIC HALL - THE SOCIETY’S UPPER-LEVEL MULTI-USE SPACE

The Latvian Society’s BALTIC HALL is multi-purpose. It is perfect for presentations, business, press, and scholarly meetings as well as symposia, educational programming, lectures, films, small theatrical events, and concerts. The hall is equipped with digital projection capability and high-speed FIOS wireless internet access.

CONFERENCE ROOM - LOWER LEVEL

A small conference room is available for small-scale meetings (15 -20 people). It is ideal for business meetings, small displays, and gallery shows, or intimate events. A screen and video conferencing system for Zoom meetings are in the process of being installed.

 
 

    • Full Building Rental(Bar, Dining Room, Kitchen and Theater): $1,000 / Day

    • Theater Rental: $500 / Day

    • Bar Rental (Private Event): $300 / Day

    • Dining Room / Small Space: $200 / Day

    • Kitchen Rental: $200 / Day

    • Hourly Rental of Theater Space (Rehearsals/Non-Event): $50 / Hour

    - Renters must provide their own insurance. Suggested resource: The Event Helper- Weekly/Monthly Rental Discounts Upon Request

    - Alcohol sales for rental events for non-members must be contracted 24 in advance of the event

    - Bar Packages available upon request

    - Discount Rental Rates Available to Full Members of the Latvian Society

  • Bar Fees:

    • Bartender Fee $50 (suggested 1 bartender per 40 guests)

    Cleaning Fees:

    • 1st Floor: $50 (required)

    • 2nd Floor: $200 (optional – conditional on returning the space to arrival state or better)

  • • Projector Screen: $50 / Day
    • Projector: $100 / Day
    • Sounds System: $50 / Day
    • Tables - $10/piece/Day

    14 (4 ft) round tables (seats 6), 2 (10 ft x 3 ft) tables, 6 (8 ft x 2 ft) tables

    100 x Wooden folding chairs - $1/chair/Day ($20 charge for damage)

    100 x Black Padded Chairs - $2/chair/Day ($25 charge for damage)

    No linens available

    • Baby Grand Piano - $150/Day (must be contracted at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for tuning)

    • 2 x Folding Dividers/Walls - $30 each/Day
